Pennsylvania offers filmmakers many cinematic settings. From rich rural fields, forests, and rustic small towns, to majestic rivers, urban streets and city skyscrapers. Pittsburgh and surrounding areas have been host to many large Hollywood films including "Deer Hunter", "Flash Dance" "Striking Distance", "Silence Of The Lambs", "King Pin", "Dogma", "Hoffa", and recently "Unstoppable".

Northshore Pictures is located fifteen miles north west of Pittsburgh. Our facility occupies a 4600 sq. ft. building, offering both Final Cut Pro and Media 100 HD Editing capabilities. We have several rooms to accommodate additional Editing/Audio and office space. The building also features a Large Screening Room, Theatrical Stage, Professional Kitchen, Bar / Kitchenette, Three Unisex Bathrooms, and a one half acre parking lot.

Locations and Vehicles - Northshore Pictures offers pre-scouting, and location scouting services. We have extensive experience scouting, securing, and coordinating locations. Our knowledge of the area makes us best suited to find your perfect location. From military trucks to a model-T, we have relationships with area car clubs and collectors for a wide selection of period vehicles.

Film Project Development - Northshore Pictures develops full length low budget Feature Films from script and casting to post-production and delivery. We can assist you in all aspects of the film making process. We work with a number of highly skilled Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers and Welders to modify locations and build sets from the ground up. From shooting, electrical, lighting and generation packages to set construction, trucks and transportation, we have what you need in Pittsburgh.
